I went to college at the University of California at Riverside, earned my M.S. in soil science from North Carolina State University, and completed my Ph.D. at Oregon State University in botany and plant pathology.<\/p>\n
I taught nonmajors biology, mycology, scientific writing, and other classes at the School of Biological Sciences at the University of Oklahoma for about 25 years. When I had something to share with other teachers, I wrote about it in my teaching blog<\/a>. I retired from OU as Professor Emeritus in 2022, but that site remains active! Please check it for new posts from Matt Taylor, who teaches at Tulsa Community College.
